To Send Automated Payment Reminders

This is the core purpose of ChaseFlow. We use your invoice and client data to send professional reminder emails and SMS messages to your clients on your behalf, following your configured chase schedule.

To Manage Your Subscription

We use your account information to manage your subscription, process billing through Stripe, and send transactional emails about your account status.

To Communicate With You

We send transactional emails about your account, product updates, and service announcements. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

To Improve Our Service

We analyze usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and enhance the overall user experience. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

We use trusted third-party services to operate ChaseFlow:

Stripe

Subscription Billing

Processes your monthly subscription payments. We do not store your credit card details—Stripe handles all payment data securely.

Resend

Email Delivery

Sends reminder emails to your clients on your behalf. Email content includes invoice details and your business name.

Twilio

SMS Delivery

Sends SMS reminders to your clients when enabled. Phone numbers are used only for message delivery.

QuickBooks / Xero / FreshBooks

Data Sync via OAuth

We connect to your accounting software via OAuth tokens to sync invoice data. You can revoke access at any time.

4OAuth Connections

ChaseFlow accesses your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks) via OAuth tokens:

  • We only access the data necessary to provide the reminder service (invoices and client contacts)
  • We do not modify or delete data in your accounting software
  • You can disconnect and revoke access at any time from your ChaseFlow settings or directly in your accounting software
  • OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe—we never store your credit card details on our servers.
